The Mystery Shopping Day
Better Business was the first Mystery Shopping company in the world to organize a National event about Mystery Shopping for companies 2004, under the name "The Mystery Shopping Day".
Since then, the event has grown with more and more participants and is now copied by many other Mystery Shopping companies world wide. The program is aimed to give basic information to companies that does not knwo so much yet about Mystery Shopping, as well as to give companies that are experienced with the concept, ideas about how the program can be developed further.
